A single-day intensive stop turns your book tour into a happening! You'll spend a full day blogging and getting interviewed at 6-10 weblogs. Each of the tour stops will have a minimum traffic of 500 visitors a day. At least 2 will have a readership of more than 1,000 visitors a day. Your book reaches thousands of potential readers. You never leave your house!
Cost of the One Day Invasion includes 2 hours of administrative support per day for one week before your tour date, full promotion at virtualbooktour.org and full administrative support throughout your tour day. As a touring author, you must have uninterrupted Internet access at home and be able to supply each weblog with a new copy (no ARC's please) of your book.
An ultra-intense three days of blogging, excerpting, reading and interviewing across the blogosphere. The author contributes to as many blogs as they can over three days, usually topping out at around 30. This option includes eight hours of free administrative time for tour set up, full promotion at virtualbooktour.org and throughout our publicity network, and maintenance and continuous tech support for the duration of the tour.

The author must have uninterrupted Internet access at home and be able to supply each weblog with a new copy (no ARC's please) of your book. The author must also be free from 9-5 EST for all tour days.
Our experience is that many authors seeking a VBT have books that are simply not a good fit for the tour. Nonetheless they want and deserve to find new publicity avenues for their book, especially online. For the price-sensitive author, we offer two options.
- We can match your book with just the right blogs, billable on a per-blog basis. Cost is $75 per blog, with a minimum of 3 blogs.
- For our hourly rate of $100, we can have a phone or in-person consultation with you and develop an online publicity strategy for your book.
Both options are excellent for books that may not be a perfect match with the audience of the Virtual Book Tour and are a cost-effective solution particularly for the self-published, small press, university press or aspiring author.
